Products that are not FDA approved may be returned within 30 days of invoice date. A 25% restocking fee will apply. Please call to get a return authorization number.We do not accept returns without an RA#. All shipping charges will still apply to returned products. We donot accept partial quantity returns of a product. Order a sample of a product(there is a charge, plus shipping) if you are in doubt, since there is a restocking charge. Returns are not allowed on any custom orders. We do not accept returns after 30 days. Air Orders received after 10 A.M.(EST) will be shipped the next business day. There will be a $5 service charge on orders less than $20.00(excluding samples). This service charge should not be confused with freight. Orders cannot be returned after you receive a sample. Orders may ship from multiple locations with applicable charges freight collect via the best carrier. Transit time may vary depending on location.Please allow enough transit time for delivery.. |
