- We gladly accept all major credit cards or money orders.
- Due to market conditions, prices/styles are subject to change without notice.
- Products that are not FDA approved may be returned within 30 days of invoice date. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- We do not accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
- Please call or email to get a RMA number.
- All shipping charges will still apply to returned products.
- Partial quantity returns of a product are not accepted.
- Order a sample of a product(there may be a charge, plus shipping) if you are in doubt, since there is a restocking charge.
- Orders cannot be returned after you receive a sample.
- Custom orders may not be returned.
- Air Orders received after 10 A.M.(EST) will be shipped the next business day.
- There will be a $5 service charge on orders less than $20.00(excluding samples). This service charge should not be confused with freight.
- Orders may ship from multiple locations with applicable charges freight collected via the best carrier.
- Transit time may vary depending on location.Please allow enough transit time for delivery.
