Order Policy Terms and Conditions
- The Box Depot business hours are Monday through Friday - 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Customer Service is available after hours via Contact Us button only.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards. Net 30 may be arranged on a case-by-case basis upon completing the application process.
- For orders with standard shipping, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and handling. For orders requiring expedited shipping (Next Day Air/2nd Day Air/3 Day), all orders must be received by 10:00 a.m. during business hours for same day shipping. If expedited shipping is requested after 10:00 a.m. the order will ship the next business day. If for some reason your product is not available at the time of request we will notify you via email immediately.
- For order returns, you must contact us to request a pre-authorized RMA number. No returns will be accepted without prior approval and an issued RMA. If you wish to return an order that is not due to an error made by The Box Depot, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of full order return you will be credited for the merchandise, less a 25% restocking fee. No partial returns will be accepted. Merchandise must be returned it its original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Orders over 30 days from date of receipt will not be accepted for return/refund. Custom orders are not available for return.
- Orders may ship from multiple locations.
- Shipping transit times vary depending upon location. Please allow enough transit time to ensure your order arrives within your needed time frame.
- If you are in doubt, we suggest ordering a sample prior to placing a full order to avoid return shipping and restocking fees. Please submit a request via our Samples form.
