If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund under the parameters listed below:
For order returns, you must contact us to request a pre-authorized RMA number. You may contact us via email at email@example.com or via telephone at 734-453-6986. No returns will be accepted without prior approval and an issued RMA.
If you wish to return an order that is not due to an error made by The Box Depot, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Upon receipt of full order return you will be credited for the merchandise, less a 25% restocking fee.
No partial returns will be accepted. Merchandise must be returned it its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Initial shipping charges are not refundable unless an error was caused by The Box Depot.
Orders over 30 days from date of receipt will not be accepted for return/refund.
All discontinued and seasonal merchandise sales are final. No returns will be accepted.
